SALES SPECIFIC TERMS SUMMARY:
Registration: Bidders must register at www.hgpauction.com prior to bidding. All bidders must complete the registration form provided including name, company (if applicable), mailing address, and phone number. Bidders are also required to provide a valid email address. Credit card info is required at the time of registration. Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards will be accepted for registration only. Credit cards will be charged a one-time fee of $1 in order to verify bidding registration.
Invoices emailed: Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment Instructions, including Wire Transfer information, will be included, as well as instructions for removal.

***The facility doesn't have a loading dock. Load-Outs will need to be done at street level with a truck that has a lift gate. Width of the shipping area doorway is 5' W. As stated in our terms of sale, buyers should bring their own material handling equipment (pallet jack, carts, dollies, screwdrivers, wrenches, supplies) and labor to assist with loading. There is NO packing available inside the building.***
